I had made several purchases at Quinn's before becoming fascinated with tanzanite. I went to Terry Quinn with a vision for a tanzanite ring and he created a work of art. We met to start the process just before he went to a gem show. I think he was as excited as I was when he showed me the tanzanite he'd found for my ring. Since then I've been getting a piece of jewelry that each of my children and grandchildren will be able to have after I'm gone. My father had given my mother three exceptional rings before he died. She said my two brothers and I would each get to have a ring. It wasn't until they were stolen that I realized just how much I'd loved the idea of having a tangible reminder of our parents love as a keepsake. I love that the staff are patient and knowledgeable because sometimes it takes a while to choose just the right piece.

I had a wonderful experience with Reza at Quinn’s Goldsmith! He helped me design a custom signet-style class ring that had all three of my universities on it. The finished product was much more beautiful than I had imagined, and I look forward to telling the story of my educational journey through this work of art!

What a Great Team! I walked in and was greeted right away. I had a photo of what I wanted as a gift to my wife. The pendent is absolutely beautiful and the chain makes it pop even more. Thank you all for your assistance and great service. The gold work is beautiful!

My husband and I decided on Quinn’s to upgrade my bridal set and we truly couldn’t be more satisfied. As soon as we walked in we were greeted right away. Reza assisted us throughout the process and he was awesome! After visiting various stores, Quinn’s had the most options and very competitive pricing. I called them last minute to get my ring resized. They were willing to resize with same day service at a reasonable price . However, upon talking and explaining my situation they recommended for me to get ring guards instead of paying the full price to resize,to possibly then resize again after pregnancy . Not one did they try to upsell me . They were very honest with all their services . I also got my great grandmothers ring of 90years dipped in white gold to match my wedding set(very sentimental piece) . They did an exceptional job ! The ring looks exceptional . The jeweler and his customer service ladies are very experienced. They are great people ! I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other jewelers. They put my mind at ease that I would receive the best service. After pregnancy and loosing the weight I definitely plan on using them to resize my wedding set . Very trustworthy people . I highly recommend them !

Our relationship with Quinn's started several years ago. We are a military family that recently returned to the area and of course because of the quality, professionalism and location of this charming shop, we returned for a minor watch repair. Despite the menial cost of the repair, we were treated with the utmost care and attention. I will certainly be returning to Quinn's to shop for my daughter for a special occasion piece. The staff makes every visit an intimate, special occassion. Very lovely people who treat each customer with care! Thank you!

We went in to get our diamonds valued and were very impressed with the customer service. The nice lady explained the history of the store (35+ years veteran owned small business). She talked with my children and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.
